TravelPro - Horrible refund policy
Ordered luggage on line, then cancelled it 10 minutes later (recipient wanted another brand). Called customer service immediately however they're closed on Sunday, also left voice mail to cancel. Called first thing Monday morning and was told I must receive the luggage and refuse then send it back to be refunded. No reasoning with customer service they will not budge, will never purchase from this company.

They have the worst customer service in the world do not buy a bag from them. I have waited over a month for them to make a call on to fix bag or not. They will not fix the zipper.
